Skilled Nursing Services
Skilled Nursing is provided by an RN or LPN with training and experience in home health care. The nurse communicates frequently with your physician to update your plan of care. Services may include but are not limited to; skilled evaluation of patient needs; performance of specific skilled nursing procedures; patient/family education on disease process, self-care techniques and prevention strategies; and coordination and management of patient care services with your physician and other members of your health care team.
